So my car was originally a 4 cylinder, meaning it has all the 4 cylinder brake components... Does anyone know any brake upgrade kits that utilize the factory 4 cylinder spindles/flex lines that remains 4 lug. I don't want to switch to 5 lug since I just bought brand new rims/tires.

SN95 spindles and calipers, '89 T-bird hubs re-drilled for 4 lug (T-bird is 5x108), front rotors from a Taurus/T-bird/Windstar (10.86") re-drilled for 4 lug.

This set up can work with 15" wheels. If you want larger diameter rotors, other combinations are possible.

You can upgrade to 87-93 GT spindles and rotors. They give you 11” rotors and stay 4 lug. All bolt in. Make sure you get the frame rail brackets for the brake hoses as they are different than the 4cyl stuff. Then get some quality pads.
