brakes suck

first off my brakes go to the floor at idle. when i slow down to a stop the car pulls to the right. i need brake help bad before i kill my self!

also i tried to jack on the brakes and it wont lock up
i tried to do a brake stand and they wont hold the car

brakes worked fine
then engine swap to a new engine and then crappy brakes at idle range

Check to see if you didn't pinch a line or something first.

Did you happen to change the brake power booster under the hood?

Sounds like your problem is a vacumm leak or screwed up vacumm lines, in fact i'd say there's a 75% chance that's what it is. I've seen and had this problem before.

ive heard people say on here its because of the cam with no vaccum at idle for the brakes....just an idea

As others said - look for vacuum leak; or if it has a lot of cam you may not have enough vacuum at idle to operate the brakes.

Get it fixed and be safe. Or keep driving it this way and you'll shortly be in a situation where you'll have to buy another car -- then get one with good brakes.

hey i also heard of people hooking up the hoses wrong

A big cam in a computer controlled car won't run for shyz let alone have enough vac to power the brakes. Check for leaks or miss placed vac lines..it happens.
