Brodix T1 Heads 195cc on a SBF..Any good?

Hey Guys
Any of you using Brodix T1 Heads out there on your SBF say on a 331 to 347 with a Solid Roller Set Up?

If so any realy good numbers?

They have a competion Valve Job, 2.080/1.60, 1.550 Roller Springs, 240 closed 540 open, 68cc chamber. Its what you find on line with a bit more work. Along with a Solid Roller Lifter set up.

I would like to know your opinions as well as experience.

I dont know anyone using them but brodix has a good name for making power and i think they will work well, what solid roller are you going to use? chances are if you go custom with the cam the grinder will tell you what springs you need

The T1's are a good head, we use a fully ported and worked set on a 360" NA motor that goes 8.7's @ 152mph all motor.

Thats good news, the Heads aremt exactly fully ported but the flow numbers were pretty good. The Cam is a custom cut Cam, still waiting on full details as the Cam details were given to the heads builder so he could make the heads compatiable.

Should have the specs shortly.....Will be using on a 347 SBF with a D1 set up.

Specs on custom cut Cam are: 244/255 - 586/613

Heads have .700 lift Springs.

Will be using a Solid Roller lifters with a Hydraulic Cam.

So any more info out there for use of these heads and any idea if i had them fully ported what kind of flow would be achieved?

Kuntz has a cnc program for them....the numbers are great.

Rick my heads are the SBF 195 T1 F STD Brodix heads. Track 1 F Series Cylinder Heads/20° Not ported at all.

With Full CNC Porting and maybe a valve upgrade in size, how much do you think they will flow?

Kuntz Program is high 370-380 with a 2.125" intake valve, 265-275 with a 1.58 exh...no pipe flow numbers.

we run a blower car locally. flat top 408, box stock track 1's, with a vic jr, and a comp hydro roller. its a blow through car with a P1sc w/12psi. At 2950 it runs 9.94@133

the older stlye has been 8.50's all motor in the combo I mentioned above.
