Broken Steering Column Bolt

I landed myself in a bit of a situation today. I was installing the Momo hub adapter and it would not go all the way onto the steering column and I ended up over torquing it and sheering the head off the bolt. I drilled it out and tried to use an extractor but it was in there tight enough that I broke the extractor bit too. Can anyone advise me of how I might get the bolt out now? Will I need a whole new column?
