Here's my bubba body shop repair. Prior to my attaining this car, someone had pulled it by the rad cor support and bent it forward. I used a Come-Along anchored to the rear suspension to pull it back. I guessed that it would not take too much effort to pull it back and I was correct. Not perfect but effective and good enough for me. Below are before and after pics.

Thanks. BTW the bumper cover was also previously turned slightly upward. After pulling the support back into position the bumper cover settled back to its normal position. The support is flat across the bottom too. I'm happy with it.
