I had my car waxed the other day but here and there , I noticed some faint like donut looking marks on the paint, kinda cloudy very faint looking marks, nothing too bad, but I just wanted to know if that comes out and whats it from?

it's from the wax, get some Eagle One wipe and shine, this stuff works great

I would try a little wax and see if you can get the cloudy effect to go away. Use wax very very sparingly. A nickle size can wax half a fender!!
The more you ally the more you have to remove. It is hard to remove all the exess wax and sometimes it turns cloudy.
