I got a 95 GT T-5 with 220k miles on it. I picked up a new short block that has flat tappet cam; a set of Windsor Sr. heads and roller rockers, an Explorer intake, 24lb injectors with MAF and 70mm throttle body.

My questions are as follows:

1 the throttle body was off a fox body, will it work or do I need one specific to sn95?

2 do I need to get an elbow or will there be room to bolt throttle body directly to intake

3 I got a nice billet distributor, MSD pn 8582, and victor Jr intake with short block. Obviously will sell intake but can I use distributor? Would I need to get a 6al box for it to work? If won't work with 220k I assume would make sense to replace

4 when I do nine swap is my computer going to freak out? Should I Get a tweeter and install before the swap or can I just order a SCT for my mods and install with new engine?

1. Yes a Fox will work...but does require mods...like a Fox throttle cable as its different.

2. You can run an elbow and will need to do an CAI. Valve covers can be an issue here depending on what the motor has.

3. Our year MSD is an 8455 as our TFI module in not on the dizzy like a Fox...its on the pass side inner fender. I'd think our plug is different on the dizzy itself. I run the 8455 myself.

4. I run my 331 with all the goodies on the stock EEC, no chip and it runs fine. Id run it first and see what gives...I have a chitload of mods to mine and I never even get a CEL....:nice:
