building a 347 stroker, i have some questions.

im running a 342 stroker and i have 24lbs N/A and my cuzin gots the 347 stroker high compression with 30lbs... i have been told that anything bigger than 30lbs is too much for non force induction but just opinions

i'd go with the bigger injector. your tuner can tune them to work with less pulse width. he cannot make the smaller ones keep up if they are saturated.

i would develop a good relationship with a dyno shop once you get it together (actually before you start) and listen to what the tuner tells you.

if you want it to run halfway decent and live you might want to consider changing:

the crank
the rods
the pistons
the heads
the cam
the intake

i would recommend the 4340 forged steel crank of your choice and a set of 4340 h beams. im not real fond of dome pistons because of the flame front. flattops work fine. for a hydraulic roller id call bullet racing cams or rick anderson. if have to run a windsor architecture inline valve head an RHS is a good choice. as far as a longrunner efi intake goes, a systemax is the ticket for what you are doing.

my buddy and i put one together last spring similar except it had a victor jr and a solid roller, it runs 10.60s@126 on the motor. traction limited 10 flats at 134 on a 100 shot.
