Built 351w Tuning Help

Ok so heres what i got. 68 mustang street/strip.
Cant get it running right.
Heres the specs on the build. 71' 351w block rods and crank, kieth black flat tops, afr heads with 2.02s, comp 292 cam, performer rpm air gap intake, holley 750 cfm carb, pertronix second strike ignition system. Should be right at 11:1 compression. The problem is the timing seems wayyyy off...like 20° initial with vaccum unhooked and plugged. If i go very much lower it wont start. It loads up at idle and seems to be missing some low end. Any help would be much appreciated!
