In the Stangnet Built to cruise project car they listed the paint code as UJ Sterling Gray Mattalic.

I was wondering if that is a single stage, flat or satin?

Also I can't seem to find anywhere that sells it..

Sorry if it's another dumb question, i'm still ignorant in this field. This has been my first build of any car and will be my first time painting one.

EDIT: If I cannot find anything i'm probably just going to go john deere blitz black

I don't know how the project car was done, but you can add a flattener to clearcoat. When I worked at a Ford body shop and we had to paint XL truck bumpers, we'd shoot basecoat and then sprayed flattened clear. Straight basecoat will not hold up long by itself.
