I installed the Bullitt suspension kit and it raised my car almost an inch in the front and stayed the same in the rear! I also changed the lower control arms to the '03Cobra arms from FRPP. I used polyurethane spring isolators and made sure I tightened the control arms and end links while they were pre loaded. Could the isolators cause this? I have heard they may be responsible for a half inch but not two. (kit was supposed to lower an inch and now its an inch higher) Thanks for the help.

You did get the spings ends in the pockets right? if the ends are out they dont seat right and it will add hight to the springs/car.

They should settle if they are new, 1in does seem alike ALOT though.

I have bullit springs (tokico shocks/struts right now) and will be installing bullit shocks/struts soon. My springs are used so they were already settled.

also if you tightend the bolts for your control arms while it was in the air that could cause it to be a little high also

your supposed to tighten the bolts with full wieght of the car on the suspension

I forgot to mention, its a '95 Cobra...The springs are in the pockets and I tightened the arms with the with the weight of the car on them. I installed Ford C springs and the same struts on my friends car and it was 1 1/2" lower as soon as I was done.
