Ok, Tonight I did a fat burn out for the rest of my auto classmates and some kids from other schools. Now is that really bad, I dont race the car and I dont rag on it, I know when I did burn outs with my Probe Gt it didnt really seem to good for it, but with the stang I dont seem to feel anything bad going on. (I dont rag on it) this was my first fat burn out. Is this bad for the car?

It heats up the transmission and brake fluid and wears tires. The tranny and brakes can take it without a problem, as long as its not a 3 minute long burnout and you don't do them everyday. The tires will wear faster, but other then that its safe.

Daily Driver

I didnt proof read my post :notnice:

oh

No I dont' drive my stang daily with the dr's. They wear quickly so I save them for the track and to and from the track. Sometimes I'll drive around with them on for a few days if the weather is nice but I try to change them out most of the time.

When they are on the car they make a ride a little bit rougher but the traction benefits are definitely worth it :D

I use my stock tires and snow tires regularly. I'm about to take the snow tires off and put the stock gatorbacks back on.
