I posted on a local forum that my engine is running on 7 cylinders and I'm a pretty stressed out individual so I thought the engine is more toasted than I thought with maybe a valve leaking or something...

Anyway here's a nice plug, I pulled out. The rest read perfectly, no oil, no heat or anything...

I'm guessing this doesn't help fire up the combustion chamber! lol

I can only find freaking platinum plugs locally today, normally I buy motorcraft from the dealership. But our local parts store only carries NGK, Bosch or Champion. Would it be okay to just temporarily use Bosch platinum until I can get to a dealership?

Be fine using any plug till you get what you need. Personally I like reg autolites or ngk.

That plug is majorily oil fouled, id recommend a compression test and leakdown on that cylinder.
