Buying a 95 GT vert. Need some opinions!

Alright im selling my KLZE'D ford probe (14.83 @ 91.8MPH 2.122 60') to buy a 1995 mustang GT in beautiful shape(convertable, red, 5 speed, black leather) its only $4600... BUt it has 199k miles on the stock motor. It was well taken care of though so i dont think it will be a problem. Gonna compression test it first and whatnot and the guy is open to offers... so im gonna offer $3800 for it and see what happens... A few things i wanted to know is if its harder to mod a 94-95 compaired to my old fox body 84 i once had... As soon as i get this stang i wanna get it inspected... Go strait for a full exhaust and either a trickflow or GT40 intake manifold. But i heard i might need a throttle body addapter... Also does anyone know how much heavier a convertable is then a stock body... i assume around 200lbs... Which whould probally slow me down a little... I just want another car that will be able to run mid 14's easily with not alot of modding and still be able to have a nice daily driver... Your forums seem to have everything i need and if any of you have probes feel free to visit probetalk.com... ANy other info will be great...

Also does anyone know of fitment issues with ebay xpipes & headers???

And with a full exhaust and intake will this gt vert be faster then my probe??? if not i think i might just stick with the probe a bit longer..

Thanks for the help! yea i think im gonna get this car... should i be weary about the high milage??? or you think if it is well maintained i should be ok?? im going to look at it tonight so if anyone feels like dropping a comment id be thankfull... my probe is getting sold tomorrow for $3500 cash mean while ill dream of this stang...
my friend that works at the local ford dealer said with a trickflow mani... full exhaust... i should be deep in the 14's... that doesnt seem right... im not used to cars that respond well to bolt ons... lol... 2HP from a catback on a probe

Yea im most likely picking up this car my mechanic said he would drop in a 5.0 for $400 so even if the motor takes a poop ill still be good
