hey everyone i want to buy a car, here in florida; from a guy who claims his title is in colorodo and his dada has to mail it to him/me which i believe.but he tells me everything should be fine if we do a bill of sale.......and that i wll be able to insure it etc. and have then i can transfer into my name...
