buying a used custom cam...

heres the specs 523 intake 530 ex 224 228....will this cam be good with a set of e7s with bigger valves and a rpm II intake ? im gettin the cam with the heads and a set of headers for 250 bucks. should i use it or buy a different cam? thanx

I have heard that you should always buy a new cam...but I'm not 100% sure.

not really sure. the cam was in a short block that came with the car my friend bought a while ago. it was a roller and the guy threw in a shortblock and a c4. supposidly it went 12s with what ever combo it had

Go for IT!! Roller cams are pretty much re-usable ( rollers) and the whole package soundsa good!! You are going to need a stall for the AOD, but the T5 will love it with gears...cool??

yup its a t5... i plan on gettin 3.90s down the road....the cam isnt too crazy is it? im clue less on cams thanx guys
