Need more info. The NSS on top of the trans does not affect emmissions at all. It may generate a code 67 if the clutch is not pressed in but should not affect how the car runs at all.
Can you explain why you need to bypass this?
The curcuit is OPEN when in nuetral and closed when the trans is in a particular gear.
