Is it possible to somehow bypass the a/c compressor with a shorter belt during the cooler months or during track use, so that the parasitic drag on the engine is removed?

In looking at the belt path, I don't really see a way the belt can go around the a/c pulley, but maybe I'm missing something.

Anybody have experience with this?

Been a while man how have you been?

As for the shortbelt you could look into a viable option doing an A/C delete pulley and removing the compressor all together. Just a thought.
