C&L TrueFlow and stock parts?

I need to know if the TrueFlow pipe by itself fits the other stock parts. I have the stock filter housing, MAF sensor, and such. If I get the TrueFlow pipe by itself, will I have all I need to hook everything up and run? Or do I need something else too?

I'm thinking about getting it because I don't think I can use my MAF screen with the K&N Fipk I have. I'd like to leave that screen in. I should've gotten the TrueFlow in the beginning, but I didn't know about it then. :( The K&N is good though, I can feel more 'oomph'. Not much of course, but pretty good for a CAI I thought. :nice:

Here's the link to what I was thinking of getting. Do I have to get their filter kit, or can I hook just this pipe up to the stock stuff?

Thanks.

Looks nice and great for adding nitrous.
So then why'd you sell me yours, Mr. Nitrous? (JK) :rlaugh: :nice:
Seriously, as Blake said, the C&L Trueflow tube fits perfectly with or without their (C&L's) MAF. I've (now) got the tube on my 02 with the stock MAF and my wife (still) has the C&L MAF on (Blake's old) TrueFlow tube. And it is great for adding nitrous too - it has a boss, ready for drilling.
Don't waste your money on the C&L MAF. It simply creates an unstable lean condition (which can make power and also, without proper tuning, can also make your motor go BOOM! :notnice: )
Enjoy!

Strut tower brace? Where is that exactly? I'm not real familiar with that stuff at all. I know enough to install a CAI, and that's about it. What will it effect without that, and how hard is it to remove?

You don't have one, Red03Mustang...at least not OEM. It's a brace that some stangs came with (and you can buy thru many different aftermarket dealers) that ties the shock towers together with the firewall, in a trianguliar shaped tubing configuation. This is not a concern for you.
