Hey guys

My trans in my 1966 mustang is being replaced. The question I'm dealing with is which one? I've been reading up on the TCI and B&M C4. I found this trans on e-bay (Link Below) and wanted to know what you guys think. The description says he builds them up to 400hp (plenty for me). When bought, it includes the stall converter (which ever one I ask for). So again just wanted to see what you fellas think of the deal. Thanks:flag:

that is a bargain price for a C4 with converter. most places are about $300 more without the converter. depending on your cam, use a 2000 stall converter(more than stock, but not enough more to cause problems).

You know what they say about too good to be true.........a good quality rebuild kit will cost you about $250 and a good quality TQ converter will be an additional $350 which leaves no labor or core charge? I could not stay in business long like that. Be careful.

that doesnt sound too bad really there is a guy in cowpens south carolina that builds his own shift kits and rebuilds the trans for bout 225 and they hold up well hes been in business for years and he only benches them doesnt even have a place to pull them out of a car
his only condtion is u must drain the trans before bringing it to him
