When I was trying to figure out what rear gear to put in my car I put together this spreadsheet. Thought you might find it useful. Let me know if you have questions or improvements!
It's fully automated, just enter your wheel dimensions, gears, and your redline rmps, it'll calculate your speeds per gear. Or, you can enter what speed you want and it'll tell you rpms for that gear. It's probably not layed out the best but think you'll find it useful
I'm going to save it here as a .doc file. Save it on your hard-drive and rename to .xls.
