California Special Bumper on an '08 GT

Ok so I have a 2008 GT and just recently put a California Special Front Bumper Cover on. I love the new look but I ran into a problem. The splash guard (bolts to the bottom of the bumper and goes back behind the radiator to bolt again) from my GT bumper doesn't fit the new CS bumper. The bolt holes don't like up and it's too short. All the dealerships I have called said they can only find the GT splash guard and all of them ask for a VIN number....which also doesn't help since I don't actually have a California Special. Does anyone know where I can get one?

might want to try mustang parts salvage or presteige(sp?) mustang do a search on google for it. Last i heard, they are trying to stock up on newer mustang parts but i dunno if they ever did or not. That would be my first guess.
