Ok here how it goes.

Since I bought the car .. I can hear a noise comming from the front right wheel. I hear that sound everytime I hit a bump in the street.

By taking the wheel off and looking at the brake system .. I found out that the caliper is hiting badly on the disc brake.

I've change the caliper, disk. both bolt that hold the caliper. And I ended up having the same issue.

Caliper are not from FORD... and it does that on the passanger side only.

What else can I do ? . and please dont tell me do buy a bear brake kit or something like sa !

Thanks for your input !

how is the caliper hitting the disc(rotor)? Which part is it hitting? If the caliper is bolted up and you have pads on there, I don't see how the caliper could ever touch the rotor? For what it's worth, I had a similar problem with my caliper bolt hitting my wheel; I solved that by getting a 1/4 inch spacer :nice:

with my bare hand I can duplicate the problem.

I just new to hold the caliper in my hand and I can move it up and down.. just a bit. like 5 milimeter or so.

the bottom is tightened but at the upper bolt .. there is the problem.
And I'm sure is something with that because the rotor grind all the inside of the caliper.

I thought it was a sleeve in the caliper or something that was loosen that's why I bought new one . but with all the new stuff its still doing the same exact thing ..

I'm thinking about bringing it to the Dealer to let them figure out what's wrong ! :notnice:
