Allright suspension geniusus im going to start working on the suspension part of my overhaul to my stang but im having some trouble decieding on what to get.. so this is what i have in mind so far, keep in mind im really not going to get it to the track, and im still young so a harsh ride is cool to me, i expirence it in my 87 gta. HA

1. MM rear end grip kit
2. MM front end grip kit
3. MM full length sub frames
4. Strut tower brace
5. Eibach srings with KYB AGX struts

but here is my question, for the strut brace will that have any interferince with a supercharger when i decieded to put one on, also for #5 would it make more sense to just go with the pro plus kit instead of just the KYB struts and springs, or which would perform better over the long hall, how is that billstien kit that i see on Mustang tuning and MM?? but the 1st three im dead set on, the rest i need some ideas an opionions.. so fire away..

Thanks Guys

Unless you are doing coilovers, you don't really need the STB.

As was mentioned skip the Eibachs and KYB's. Do H&R Super Race and Bilstein dampers. Everything else looks fine. MM Alum Rack bushings will stiffen the steering feel if you want to add them too (40 bucks).

also are 18 inch rims going to have a factor on any of the parts i choose being i have to remove the quad shock granted i dont think it does much?? but i dont know..
18's won't be a problem. Quad shocks can be removed at the time of LCA install (i did and still no wheel hop).

does the H&R stuff lower the car at all??
well they do, like the Race and Super race are the least amount drops but they have very hard rates and not affect your front geometry. the Super sports and Sportsare more tward looks (like most want out of new springs) you can check the rates and drops on the MM website http://www.maximummotorsports.com/HRsprings.asp

i guess i was trying ot see if i could peice it together and save a little cash, cause ive heard some of that stuff you really dont need??
what I usually do is call MM up and I tell them what I have from the kit already and they'll just deduct the piece of whatever it is from the package, they are flexable about the kits they sell

cool is there anything from the road and track box that you would recommend not going with?? i guess looking at this it makes more sense to just get that and delete the stuff i really dont need
well some people will say most of the bushings are needed but since the stock rubber ones get chewed up they're nice investment anyway, the stb really isnt needed though

cool well im thinking about going with saleen style rims and 265 in front and 295 bfg kdw2's ?? or should i get crazy and go 315?
for proper balance you should go with similar width tires in the front and back, going with the bigger size rear creates more understeer, but you do need traction for power, I run a 265/285 combo now and it's ok

Edit: there are ways to reduce understeer in order to maintan a better balance while running wider rear tires http://rogerkrausracing.com/overundr.html

you can also purchase a adj rear swaybar from MM that can dial-in/out the steering issues
