Calling all those on Megasquirt

Can MegaSquirt accomodate cold start loops, knock sensors, boost retard and water injection systems? What about octane-on-demand systems with two fuel tanks? I am considering either programming this or a FAST XFI setup for a customer's car and want to know the different capabilities of each
