I wouldn't change the cam unless you plan on changing the heads and the intake as well. Although a custom grind cam could be made for your combo. It's usually best to do it all at once that way the combo works well together.
Do the cam when you get the cash for the heads. There is some other stuff you should do if your completely stock. Like gears and sfc if you like. Search the threads and good luck.
