The only way to be certain is to put it back in, and using a dial indicator and degree wheel, actually measure peak lift, duration at .006 and .050 and the LSA. Even when a stamped number can be interpreted, unless you know the entire history of the cam, it could have been re-ground. Only takes about 15 minutes worth of work to measure it if you've still got the block handy -- and any other approach is ultimately gonna be a guess. Good luck with it.
