Cam question...might not be possible....

I was just thinking if it was possible to have a cam, whether off the shelf or custom, to make more power than stock but to still idle like its a stock with no big loping or anything. Basically to be a little sleeper.

Just wondering if cams that make power have to lope at idle or can they idle smooth like stock?
