I just received a Ford 2.3 na motor/tranny on a trade. Im about to put it into an OT ride and had a few questions you all might be able to help me out with. I dont know a whole lot about the motor. Here is the info the guy gave me...direct quote

has an exhaust header also... With that info (no solid numbers) can someone direct me in the way of a good cam? Daily driver...car weighs aprox 2,200lb with motor and transmission. Should be a fun little drive!
