cam questions

gettin ready to cam out my 97 gt, and was wanting to know if the ones i have are ones with the bolt, or pressed on cam gears. any help and advise would be nice. thanks

all Romeo's from 1991 to 1998 and 2001 up will have bolt-on cam gears, ONLY 1999 & 2000 Mustangs wth Windsor engines will have the "pressed on gears"
same wth trucks engines, Romeo has bolt on gears and Windsors are pressed on

Yeah Randy is correct on that. You think I would know since I just did my Pi swap with cams
