Thinking of swapping stock cam with e303 camshaft not really looking for power changes just trying to find something that sounds good. its an 88 carbureted 302. Would guys recommend another cam if not what will I need to change as of valvespings, lifters, pushrods and roller rockers?

I can't believe I made it in before the custom cam crew.

A friend of mine ran one years ago with stock E7 heads, stock push rods, stock springs, and stock rockers. He had a Trick Flow intake as well as the other normal bolt ons and the car went constant 13.30s with that setup. So it will definitely work.

There are definitely more modern cams you could run. What's the rest of your setup?

I second that - what is the rest of your setup? I'm guessing you have dual exhaust.... Headers or manifolds? Long tubes or short? H-pipe or X-pipe? Cats or no? What about your mufflers? Changing a cam just to make it sound good doesn't make much sense if nothing else supports that goal.

I have long tube headers and am going to purchasing a new exhaust havent decided on that but probably flowmasters also gonna be purchasing an intake any ideas? I have a two-barrel that is ready to go but I wanna run a 4 barrel I have a Holley 4 barrel carburetor just need a manifold what manifolds would you guys recommend on a budget?

If you're sticking with the carburetor, this is what I have on my Cobra II now. I think it's a pretty good piece.

I don't know what they're selling for right now, but I can't imagine it's much more than when I bought it around 5 years ago. It's basically a knock off of Edelbrock's Performer RPM Air Gap for a bit less money.....

Just because I was curious, here is the link to the Ebay auction for the same manifold. It's gone up in price some since I bought it.....

That manifold will work, as long as you stick with a duel plane style they only vary a few ponies between them. Google sbf intake comparison and you should get a ton of info, many magazines have done dyno comparisons.
