Cam storage?

How should I store my cam whlie its not being used, it'll only be for a few weeks but I dont want it to rust out. Will just leaving it in a little oil be OK?

If its only going to be for a couple weeks I would just make sure to oil it well...When I store mine for a long period of time, I wipe it down with grease..

Do what smoke says. Coat the lobes and bearing journals with some light grease, vasoline, whatever. In NY and if it is in a garage, you should be ok, but hey 5 minutes of your time could save you some $$$. Better safe than sorry.
