I'm fixing to change the cam, lifters, and timing chain and gears. First is it possible for the chain to jump 180*, the chain was pretty loose. Which timing chain set should i get? Which lifters should i get? SHould i get new springs for the cam? If so what springs? By the way I'm gettin the e303 cam and it is a cobra so its got the 1.7 rr.

I suppose it is possible for the chain to jump that much. Highly unlikely, but possible.

You should get a double chain from ford racing. Summit part # FMS-M-6268-B302

Lifters are hydraulic rollers, which is part# FMS-M-6500-R302

As far as the springs question, I don't know. You already have more lift from your stock rockers than normal, and I don't remember which cam you have either. So someone else should comment on this.

Many times I have seen the older small blocks with high milage jump a few teeth. Not saying it could not happen but if there was a lot of slop in the chain I guess it could.

As for the tc chain/gears

I have been very happy with my Rollmaster setup. It used to be just a small amount more than the typical setup you see a lot of peeps use and the quality is really nice. Lots of the Pure Street guys who turn mega high rpm use this set btw.

As for the springs

If yours have a lot of miles, they most likely are getting tired and the extra lift will stress them all the more.

Comp, Crane, and I'm sure Summit would have some that would suite your needs.
