cams and intake manifold

im thinking about getting new cams and a new intake manifold but, i have no idea what brands to go with. im thinking a reasonable price for a reasonable item. what do you think i should go with for both?

Man, I am not trying to be a dick, but there are 2 things you really need to do.

1. Supply more information on the vehicle.

2. Use the search button, there have been ton's of thread's just like this one.

+1 on stumbough, and to add insult to injury. what are you wanting out of your mods, what kind of driving are you gonna do, and dont expect to gain gobs of power. really though its all preference, what someone might recomend isnt what your gonna like so. do some more research and good luck.
