Cams-valve springs install?

Anyone have any expereince installing them on there car or someone elses. I know it can be done with the engine in the engine bay. How hard is it. And do you have to remove the front cover of the engine. The cover that is over the timing chain and cam sprockets where all the engine accessories are?

Yes, the cover needs to come off. I remember Bill (Mustang92) saying if he had to do it again, he'd pull the heads. It is possible to do it with the heads on, but it's a PITA.
