I have a 5.0 with AOD and Trick Flow street heads, Street intake, 24lb injectors, 65 TB, 75 mass air, and the Stage One cam. The cam will idle at the 700 range but for me it is too lumpy. I contacted Trick Flow on two different occasions and two different reps recommended two different cams to replace it with in order to obtain a good smooth idle with some performance.
The first was the Crane 444211 also known as the Powermax 220 (208/216 112) and the second was the Comp cam 35-308-8 (210/215 114).
Has anyone used these cams and/or any feedback will be helpfull in making my decision?

yeah no sense in changing out a cam just for idle sounds, that cam looks like a good match to your heads and intake. just crank up the idle some.

You can raise your idle or get an Idle Air Adjuster Plate. The plate made a huge difference with my AOD and E303 cam
