I have a BBK 70mm TB set up and it seems the return spring is soft, if you get on the throotle a bit it will hang a bit and you have to tap the pedal a bit to return to normal. I have rerouted the throttle cable and used a different one tomake sure it not this. I have also claened the TB to make sure its not binding or sticking.
