Can I get a Gt Takeoff here

So would the 1st one be what I need???

Then what kind of flowmasters would I need?
40series flowmasters (2.25in.) to match the gt takeoffs?

Please help im trying to get the rite stuff for my car.. They said tey were going to charge me $675.. So im trying to get it chea[er by getting the parts off the net..

You can if you want; shipping is going to be ~ $40

If it was me, don’t waste your money... the GT take off's are good if you are just going to do "basic" performance things to your car. If you plan to go all out, get a high end exhaust like Bassani. In the long run it's cheaper and has a good re-sale value down the road

But if you don’t care and all you want is sound and a little HP, get the GT take off's. Also, get on your local Mustang Club and search for GT take off, and offer the guy like $99

Flowmasters sound like crap... it takes a special person to enjoy the tone of those things. If you want them get the 40 series. If you want a better sound, get SpinTech or Bassani or Dynomax or whatever.

You won’t need to spend the money for that "h-pipe" they sell; my exhaust shop charged me $15 to build an h-pipe for my car.

Another option for you...

I have a 99 GT and am looking to trade someone my exhaust and my rear bumper for a 99+ V6 rear bumper.

The exhaust I have is the full cat/h-pipe back with 3" polished stainless tips.

I don't think that Flowmasters sound like crap. I've got a custom dual job on my six and it sounds just like a stock GT, especially in the 1,000 -3,000 rpm range. Dynomax? I've never heard of anything good about those mufflers. Bottom line is, no matter what kind of muffler you buy, you aren't going to get a whole lot of HP from it. So just go for the sound you want, and if you want loud, then Flowmaster is definitly the way to go.

I'll say it once more..I am not affiliated with Magnaflow. But once you hear them you will wish you had them, Plus they have a straight through design, not chambered like flows, that = more HP. They sound and performe better than flows. I personally have been wanting to try the warlocks as I have heard nothing but good things about them, and you can remove the caps on them so they can be really loud when you want them to be otherwise it gets annoying on the street!
