Can I Get A Realistic Power Figure

I cannot afford to dyno tune and test my 1989 GT 5.0. Could someone with experience give me a real-world estimate of my horsepower and torque with the modifications hereafter: Stock block, rods, pistons, heads.
Upper and lower Edelbrock RPM intake
BBK 70mm T.B., Pro-M 75mm Mass-Air and 30lb injectors, 42lbs fuel pressure
"Densecharger" cold-air intake with K&N filter, Optima red-top battery
MSD 6AL ignition, MSD TFI coil, ford motorsport wires and ford distributor
New motorsport pushrods, and guidplates, new Comp Camps Hyd. Rol. Lifters
BBK 1'5/8 longtube headers, BBK H-pipe no cats, Mac pro-dump cat-back
Edelbrock victor waterpump, underdrive pulleys, 14deg.timing, no smog pump
Tremec 3550 transmission, ford alum. driveshaft, ford 3.73's, no a/c
Hotchkiss caster-camber, KYB shocks & struts, intrax 1 1/4" low. springs
Stripped-down all interior sound-deadning, no rear-seats, no spare etc.
16" cragers with bfg comp TA's
I added the weight and suspension modifications in case anyone wants to guess what she will run in the 1/4 mile.
I also have a set of ford gt-40x turbo-swirl heads waiting for porting and for a valvetrain, as well as a comp cam and 1.6 rockers waiting to go in. Any ideas what this would give me on top of the already installed items?

I had a failed injector not too long ago, they were the stockers. Instead of doling out more cash to buy a replacement, i threw in the set i am saving for the heads/cam combo. Another question I have is, what should my fuel pressure be set for? Should i back off 42lbs? Is timing good at 14 degs?

210-220 at the wheels . The large MAF ,TB and injectors are overkill for stock heads, cam etc. Add the GT40Xs and fresh pistons and cam and you may hit 285 at the wheels, not likely but maybe. Stroke it and you will find even more power, like 300+ at the wheels depending on you rcombo, but what you have now is 210-220 max. It just sounds like more because of you exhaust and the dumps.
