can i see some pics of fox headers on 94-05

don't have pics but i can tell you about the work it took.

for starters, the obvious. you will have to remove your EGR to run them.

the driver's side wasn't a problem for me. I'm using a fox bellhousing and clutch fork i think. The steering shaft was close, but wasn't a problem. others have had issue where they've needed to take it out to put the header on then reinstall. i didn't have that problem though.

the passenger side needs a case of beer to install. i had to remove the tranny cross member to lower the tranny then unbolt both motor mounts and jack the engine up. so basically the whole drivetrain was cocked. i was then able to wriggle the header in. its practically resting against the shock tower but its in there. i did remove the starter but i don't think i needed to. i had to push it up with the flange practically vertical then bring it down once it cleared the bellhousing. it sounds bizarre but thats how it worked.
