Started trying to put a teamz lower core support on and its about 7/16" too narrow. Being that this car has been hit before I'm not 100% sure if it's the new piece that's too short or if the frame horns are spread out.

So if someone could measure the distance between the inside of their front frame rails as close to the core support as they can get, it would be greatly appreciated.

45.75" right where it starts to turn in for the core support

That's across the fender aprons at the top, I'm looking for dimension at the frame rail.

Did just try setting the new piece in my vise and leaning on it a bit to get to spread, looks like that's all I need to do (didn't take much to open it up that missing 7/16) but would still love a reference to see how effed this car actually is. I'm measuring 32 7/8 on mine.

Gotcha. I don't have a clean shot to measure there. Best i can do is right at crank pulley area 6" out, I get just shy of 33.5 there.

But I had a lot of obstacles. Perhaps someone has an empty bay

I measured 32 5/8" on mine. I'm wide open if you need anymore. I know my car hasn't been hit, it's just a rusty piece of junk, lol

So mines only 1/4" wider there, not nearly as bad as I thought it could be, looks like the teamz piece was further off than the car. Good to know.

I'd go with his numbers. I just have way too much junk in the bay to get a clean measurement across

It was on the heavy side of 5/8" so I think you are pretty close.
