Can someone identify this?

I stripped my engine bay bare last night getting ready to paint it, and i had to take this out to get it outta the way...

brief description:

It is a harness that runs along the drivers side, and goes into the fenderwell UNDER the washer fluid resivoir. It then splits to 2 different connectors. 1 goes to the washer fluid resivoir, and i have no clue where the other one goes. any help would be appreciated... oh, and if i had to guess, it looks like a connector that has a cap on it for something like fog lights or sumpin  but since i have an LX, i think the factory mighta capped it off.

You will find several "extras" in the wiring harness. May be there for a pre-assembly test of the harness or who knows. I have a friend that owns a late-model Mustang salvage facility and he rebuilds these cars and there are a few things in the wiring that he has never seen hooked up.

I'm fairly sure that is the DRL harness with the DRL shorting plug. The DRL module is used in Canadian cars, but in the US models the jumper plug is used to connect two sets of circuits with the module removed.

The harness is mounted near the horns via the push in fastener on the connector.
