I just blew the 4.6 in my 03 GT, I recently built a 5.0 stroker for the car, can anybody tell me what the torque specs on the H-Beam rods are?, and can anybody tell me how to line up the cams, There is no "Gold Link" in the chains like the service manual says, could somebody please help???

what did u do to blow it up? just wana know so i dont do whatever you did..got no breathing room cash for that.
