i mean i know they use the drive belt or somthing so the blower dont have to have its own belt drive system. can you guys clear that up for me?

my bigger question is what is the point? does the RR version create more power then the regular model? i was looking at novi 2000 and they have a reg. and the RR. what would you get?

The RR (reverse rotation) is the same blower just everything is reverse so that they could be mounted in our cars without needing an extra belt etc. No extra HP just easier to install. The regular version wouldn't mount properly in our crowded engine bay so they flipped it.

Another thing, sometimes people use the RR blowers for racing purposes even if they can mount them regularly. People will actually mount them and cut a hole or something in the bumper so air can go directly into the blower.. you will see these setups on drag cars and such. Pretty sweet if done right, imo
