Yeah you could do that.Do you guys just partially paint your cars? say chips in the hood or front bumper to be color matched painted?
If i find a very clean vibrant red car, its still 25+ years old. In lieu of total repaint, would i just repaint areas that need restoration, say hood, bumper or any other area that has chips and such to bring the paint to "like new".
Like I said about 5 times already, you need to find a car first before you worry about painting the damn thing.
