I have 4 tires that were 3 days old intill someone decided to slash the side of them i heard you can use the tred to make a new tire is there any major tire company that gives credit for these tires? or is there somewhere that will take them for some cash? or am i just going to have to let them take them for free?

You for sure won't get money from them, and if you dispose of them properly, you will have to pay a disposal fee, usually $2.00 per tire.

If that were true, which it isnt, it would be highly unsafe. Maybe you're thinking of retreads, which are old worn down tires that have new tread molder over them. Those are only moderately unsafe. I saw one blow up on a car in front me on friday.

Like eveyone has said, there's money in junk rubber, but it will be leaving with your tires.

Just drop off the tires outside a tire shop after hours. When they open up the store, they'll see the tires and throw them in their junk pile.
Just make sure there are no cameras or witnesses that can ID you for littering.
