Canfield Heads

Ok Ive been reading on heads for my 5.0stang. After looking at flow numbers ive come to the conclusion that canfield heads are the best. Are they really that good or should I just get a set of Trickflow Twisted wedge heads? Also If i got some trickflows would the edelbrock performer Rpm2 fit on them?

Why not AFR heads? I have canfields and they are good heads but I dont think they have the emmisions ports on them.
