Get a flat screwdriver and pop the center plastic portion out of the door, the one with the switches on it. Pop off the little triangular plastic piece on the top left part of the door. Pull the plastic trim piece around the handle off too. Behind the center portion where the window switches were, there are 2 screws, pull them out and lift the door up, you will see how it is attached to get it back in. Don't try to pull straight out, you have to pull/push it straight up.
don't forget the little plastic push friction plug on the bottom of the door panel. if you have mach 460, you can still pull it up with the tweeter still on, but it gets tricky putting the panel back on. i did it, but it took some doing.
