Can't Remove 351 Balancer

I trying to remove the balancer from my 351 stroker but the balancer will not budge. I've tried various pullers, WD-40 and heat but it still won't budge. I'm I overlooking something? This is the first Ford motor that I've attempted to disassemble. See the pictures below. Thanks.

put the puller on there drive it down with the air impact gun then take a big hammer and give the puller bolt a hard smack. sometimes the shock will make it come loose.
