Has anyone installed one and had any fitment issues? In particular the 15-620, deep rear sump, not T-sump. Going on a standard 302 block.

Putting one on a new motor and one of the installers I was considering said that there might be some issues with the pan hitting the K-member and he might need to notch out the K-member or the pan. I haven't heard/found any such stories before and was wondering if anyone here has had first hand experience with this pan?

Thanks!

It's all gonna be a trial and error thing. Totally depends on the front corners of the rear sump, and where your engine sits relative to that. I had to cut a k member at the front corners of the rear sump where the rear sump crashed into the thing when trying to fit it in.

Thank you Sir! So I guess I'll have to cross my fingers. My build starts this weekend and just want to make sure I have as few hiccups as possible. This is the actual pan, finally started unpacking all the boxes.
